The two most popular models are the CheXpress® CX30 and the TellerScan® TS240.

Cheque Scanners Standard Manufacturer’s Warranty

All of our cheque scanners are covered by a one year standard manufacturer’s warranty. Complete warranty details are provided on a support card in the scanner box enclosed in the document pack that is shipped with each scanner.

Please note that the manufacturer’s warranty only covers the repair or replacement of a scanner if the product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period.

Level 1 Support

Our level 1 support is designed to provide you with a cost effective cover that protects your productivity, helps you to avoid unexpected charges and keeps your cheque scanners performing optimally whist keeping your business processes running at peak performance.

The cover provides you with:

• A guaranteed replacement device next (Business Day) between 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday.

Please note Level 1 support is only available at the same time you purchase your scanner.

Level 2 support

Our Level 2 support offers the option to have an on- site engineer visit repair or replace a scanner in less than four Business Hours: or next Business day. The service is offered as chargeable per instance.

Service Commitment

We aim to dispatch your order within five working days if the cheque scanners are in stock.

If you need to return a device, we make it fast and easy, return requests can be initiated by contacting scannersupport@checkprint.co.uk. The product will need to sent back in a saleable condition to Checkprint for a full refund.
