DLRT Prioritises The Protection Of Its Customers’ Data By Securing The Leading Security Management Standard
DLRT, part of The TALL Group of Companies, the UK leader in the provision of secure paper and electronic payment solutions, has successfully been re-accredited to the ISO 27001 standard. The Lisburn-based printing specialist achieved the international standard that helps organisations manage their information security processes in line with best practice.
The ISO 27001 standard is a consistent and centrally controlled management system standard for protecting information and reducing threats to all business processes through effective monitoring and control of IT security risks.
Obtaining this certification involves the auditing and evaluation of a variety of internal processes, from information security guidelines, asset management, staff security and access control to systems maintenance, compliance, and cryptography. With this certification, DLRT ensures compliance with the international standards of the industry, assuring the best practices for information security controls are in place.
DLRT has held the ISO 27001 Information Security Management Standard (ISMS) for 14 years – since 2007 and also holds the Quality Management certification ISO 9001, which also has recently been reaccredited. The TALL Group also holds a wide variety of other leading accreditations, including Cyber Essentials PLUS, Investors in People and the IS0 14001 Environmental Management Standard.
